What does this limited warranty cover? 

 

This limited warranty covers any defeat in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. 

 

During the warranty period Sesame System LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or part of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

 

How long is the warranty period? 

 

The Warranty period for the product is 4 years from the date the product is installed. 

 

What does the limited warranty not cover? 

 

Limited warranty does not cover any that is caused by: 

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. 

• thief or fire.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solutions for you.
